Ms. ROSHINI , one of the transgender entrepreneurs in the Tamilnadu, India, recently she got selected as a brand ambassador and LGBT Director of IRAIVI LGBT Charitable Trust in Chennai, also she is Active Member of THE BEST Counseling & Therapy Center. She's passionate of doing social service for our society also for her community people. She come across with all battle bitter life as a Transgender, she know the pain of success what means to her life. M/S Roshini said My first ove is my business, although it’s not actually about the money, it’s about having a bigger train set to play with and giving life to ideas, but my two great passions are Social service and the hospitality. Humanity is a bit of blight on the planet and anything we can do to reverse that and minimize our impact is worthy, and technology holds the answer. Getting LGBT community people into INDUSTRY comes back to having a healthy life for LGBT community. Research shows that gender-balanced teams are more effective, so on a purely practical level, to feed that engine of growth, we need more LGB-Trans people coming forward to work along with us. Also, on a more personal level, it can get a bit lonely at the top. Also, I see a number of really Great & Honest LGBT- Trans people who do come into the every industry we really need them to have normal life absolutely. I’m constantly having ideas and being able to breathe life into an idea gives me a huge feeling of satisfaction. I wish our society must have to create a platform for LGBT Community in India.
